Assisted in the management and continued improvement of a warehouse operation totaling 12 employees, including a 103,000 sqft facility supporting a 6 part multifaceted operation. Operations include a 3rd party distribution and storage warehouse with guaranteed 2 hour delivery times, an active Mayflower interstate and local shipping dock, trade show storage and repair, truck brokerage, and air freight overnight operations.
