Restaurant supervisor, account manager, and marketing/event coordinator. Managed over 100 employees. Developed the marketing/events team to plan various proceedings for both Earls and the charities it supports. Organized and hosted multiple events including golf tournaments, fashion shows, annual and bi-annual parties, promotions, and staff events. Experienced in promoting new ideas and concepts to increase gross sales while working within tight budgets and deadlines.
