Project management of multimillion dollar projects from pre-construction phases through project/contract close-outs. This included budget set-up/control, value engineering, preparing front-end specifications for bidding, bidding the project, scheduling the projects, evaluating the bids, making contract recommendations, assigning contracts, overall management of the projects throughout the construction phases, punch-list and contract close-out.
