Daily Duties at Lead America:
PROVIDED DIRECT OVERSIGHT FOR THE LEAD AMERICA PROGRAMS AT NORTH GEORGIA COLLEGE FOR THE SUMMER OF 2008 •Provided leadership, management, and direction to the office manager and the office coordinator; offering advice and instruction as needed. •Oversaw bussing operations, housing, classroom schedules, meal planning, etc. •Provided mentoring, coaching, direction and training to a staff with widely diverse skill sets. •Served as the primary point of contact for questions regarding operations, logistics, and venue concerns. Served as the liaison between the onsite office and the home office. •Developed collaborative relationships with colleagues, and external stakeholders. •Recommended and implemented improvements.
