Daily Duties at Staple Inc:

Responsible for overall management of the store, staffing, employee training, merchandising, inventory management and scheduling. Appropriated workflow assignments and managed a staff of 40-45 associates. Primary activities include advertising, promotion, volume/P & L projections and store budget. Developed and implemented marketing plans and redefine product classifications. Provided objective and reliable data to senior management.
