Daily Duties at Gap Inc:

Responsible for delivering rapid business results, protecting market share and revenue streams by ensuring the effective management of high volume stores. Maintained complete operational oversight and control, including: P&L responsibility, financial planning, staff planning and strategy development. Directed a staff of managers and 100-125 associates. Coached, mentored and trained all levels of managers and associates. Served as key liaison between executive level management and associates. Responsible for maintenance of customer services program.
