Daily Duties at Tjx Companies:

Held full responsibility and authority for the profit and loss, general direction, and management of assigned high volume stores in the Marshall Division; oversaw multi-level store concept in New York City and responsible for a staff of up to 150 associates. Trained and developed all levels of managers. Developed and implemented marketing plans and redefined product classification. Tasked with developing and implementing strategies to improve local market position, unseat the competition and improve customer loyalty.
