Daily Duties at Mit:
Establish data requirements for reporting financials and metrics. Reconcile appointments discrepancy issues for salary, tax and commitment distribution data. Work closely with end users to assist with in their reporting needs. Business process Analyst. Gather and validate requirements in order to resolve issues. Business owner of non exempt payroll feed and related functions. Business owner for the monthly Pension Payroll process and discrepancies. Request tracker moderator for all inquiries relating to payroll issues. Prepare communications to intranet website. Contact for all hardware and software issues, SAP super user. Contributed to the implementation of the SAP Payroll conversion. SAP upgrade testing and validation.
