Daily Duties at City Mill:
Leveraged industry expertise to direct all aspects of merchandising operations to fuel sales for eight-store chain of superhardware retail stores, with annual revenues of ~$60M. Located, obtained, and stocked optimal product mix to attain targeted sales and service objectives. Managed and coached merchandising staff of seven while collaborating on market trends, product selection, purchasing, merchandising, pricing, and advertising campaigns. Liaised with vendors to negotiate best pricing and terms on products and advertising to maximize margins.
