Lead team of 29 Field Care Specialists providing customer care for digital wireless communications products and services on a national scale to clients from their national HQ location. • Assisted large enterprise customers in optimizing their wireless services in controlled cost-sensitive models • Helped pioneer the business unit’s churn reduction focus resulting in organizational adoption nationally • Maintained team performance to national rank of Top 3 on consistent basis • Led teams in problem markets to recognize turnaround performance in Houston, Austin, Los Angeles, and Manhattan, resulting in consistent national team performance recognition • Earned 2 Circle of Excellence awards (Austin & Manhattan Enterprise Service Teams)
