Spearheaded the Collections Investigator program, overseeing 85 employees throughout the state. Created efficient collections program recognized as national leader in criminal collections. Oversaw collection of $100 million in criminal fees, fines, and restitution. Managed $3 million budget by forecasting spending needs, reviewing requests, and monitoring fund disbursement. Developed and conducted workflow audits to establish best practices and operational improvements. Created budget and funding reports for presentation to state legislature. Cultivated strong client relationships with high-ranking judicial officials. Designed and instituted recruiting and training programs for operations personnel.
