Daily Duties at Great West Life & Annuity:
Successfully created and branded a new training department and established a New Hire Academy for on-boarding new employeesincluding design and development of training manuals and job aids. Made real-time decisions with managers/supervisors to adapt training delivery and implementation to varied situations as needed. Developed and delivered training for technical topics using Trivantis Lectora software. Served as a role model, mentor and coach to internal customers. Collaborated with existing subject matter experts and contributed to the design, development and maintenance of innovative and interactive instructor lead and e-learning solutions to ensure that materials are continually up to date. Continually assessed current training programs through Zoomerang surveys and make recommendations to improve their effectiveness.
