Key Accomplishments: - Saved $300,000 annually and improved efficiency by enhancing processes across customer service, cost, and compliance metrics. - Championed the development of Operation P.R.E.P. (Product Readiness is Everyone’s Priority); a program designed to enhance accountability, optimize patient-ready inventory, and maximize customer service. - Realized a 33% improvement in acute and home delivery and pick-up hours analyzing customer ordering patterns and aligning delivery routes accordingly. - Achieved recognition for consistent achievement and success and named Service Manager of the Year and Service Center of the Year in 2007, Service Manager of the Quarter in both the 4th quarter of 2006 and second quarter of 2007, and the Operational Compliance Award in the third quarter of 2007.
