Performed all managerial, administrative and secretarial support. Coordinated and managed multiple priorities and projects. Investigated and resolved daily issues with insurance companies regarding patient information and benefits. Maintained journals and handled all A/P and A/R. Provided telephone support: Participated in staff recruitment, training, scheduling and benefits administration. Fill prescription orders, refills, count and pour medications, prepare labels for prescriptions, maintain logs, records and other required documentation, while keeping constant communication with pharmacist of all important pharmacy information. Managed all customer and sales person relations and provide exemplary service to all customers.
