Daily Duties at Supresta:

Daily bank accounts reconciliation, analysis and resolution of exception items such as overdrafts, wire failures, etc. Execution of wire transfers and maintenance of database to support this activity. Execution of foreign exchange trades. Daily cash position to determine funding needs. Assisting with banking administration function such as updating bank accounts, signers, etc. Held accountable for the successful transition of the new account through the conversion process. Acts as a liaison between new client and internal departments. Participate in special projects to support the cash management function. Short term cash forecasting. Maintained daily and monthly cash reports. Maintained all documentation related to the bank accounts. Sends written correspondence and performs appropriate follow-up. Input foreign exchange rates daily. Ensures that ledger entries are charged to the proper accounts.
