I am the Bank Manager for a local RBC Bank. I lead the banking center team for accountability in maximizing banking center revenues and client satisfaction while minimizing operating risks/losses. I ensure our team members obtain the necessary credentials and skills to effectively perform their job functions. I have a key focus on developing existing staff and aligning talent to the opportunities within the banking center. I and my team manage the banking center’s portfolio of key business clients to attract, retain and expand relationships.
