Daily Duties at Regis Corporation:
Managed and built a team of sixteen art directors and designers plus two onsite freelancers. Oversaw all creative projects and staff, cultivated an environment of sustained creativity and professional growth. Creative/art directed fashion and product shoots for multiple brands and played a hands-on role in key projects. Managed creative projects from concept to completion and translated marketing objectives into creative strategies. Nurtured and promoted brand team relationships, brand/design direction, and team effectiveness. Responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department; developed and retained talent; reviewed staff members’ performances.
