Daily Duties at Zomax:

• Responsible for managing 15 Microsoft customers, including Toshiba, Gateway, Alienware & Velocity Micro for Zomax, which manufactured media and was a Supply Chain solutions provider with seven sites throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico • Managed team members by ensuring work was distributed evenly and completed timely • Identified and developed growth opportunities for assigned accounts within our supply chain • Managed existing product inventory • Worked with purchasing team to source components • Helped determine forecasts with planning team • Ensure on time delivery of projects per established timelines • Worked with sales representatives to resolve issues that impact completion of project objectives • Knowledge of how to operate within an ERP system • Worked with manufacturing, assembly and fulfillment to ensure deadlines of customers are being met • Joint responsibility for customer pricing and quoting • Responsible for on-boarding new clients and ensuring customer requirements were completed as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement) • Reviewed and identified specific customer requirements and communicated to the internal teams
