Daily Duties at Improveit! 360:
• Call on prospects regarding our business management system for the home improvement industry • Present product regularly by performing online demonstrations to prospective accounts • Develop contracts with prospective accounts • Provide input to development team to improve our system and to better meet customer requirements • Contributor to the overall marketing of our system • Assist in the development of relationships with partners • Use Salesforce.com to maintain database of leads, accounts and contacts • Assist customers through the purchasing process • Work with our Marketing Director to help with proofreading of emails, website and all other materials • Support Sales Director by defining processes for business growth and Salesforce.com general processes
