Create an environment where the team and ideas could thrive. Lead and participate in creative brainstorms. Partner with account manager and strategist to develop communication ideas and oversee the development of key visuals. Direct the creative team in the development of innovative design. Critique all work to maintain consistent quality. Review and assess staff members’ performances. Partner with the account manager and photo crew to execute and organize a successful six week Procter & Gamble photo shoot that spanned over four months and resulted in an extensive image library to last five years; prepare and execute client photo presentations. Partner with the project manager, design director, client and photographer to execute and organize a successful ten-day food and model shoot for Buffets, Inc., to be used in their 2010 in-store and print campaign.
