Daily Duties at Florida Army National Guard:
Supervise personnel in a Medical Unit ensuring over 100 medical, training and personnel files are maintained and secure. Command Career Counselor responsible for educating National Guard members of the benefits of remaining in service to include medical, educational and retirement. Provide briefings to senior leaders regarding readiness of the medical detachment as well as status of personnel.
