Designed and executed organizational development intervention and management coaching to maximize performance. Collaborated with HR, business leaders and other team members to design, develop and implement leadership development and other programs for retail and marketing leaders. Performance needs assessments to determine competency gaps and development needs of management team. Redesigned assessment center to reflect the most current skill sets.
