Daily Duties at Safeway Inc. :
Directed all HR development functions,including assessment, selection, design, development, and evaluaiton for all North American business units. Ked annual 180-degree evaluaiton program (up to CEO level). Teamed with HR and Legal to produce skill/competency development plans and to improve 180 reevaluation results. As part of HR M&A team, reviewed acquisition candidate portfolios, hired staff, and integrated field teams into company's processes and practices.
