Managed an extensive inventory asset network, driving the efficient accounting for and distribution of inventory to ensure streamlined business operations while minimizing inventory overages. Continually analyzed field inventory levels and retired equipment to identify reuse opportunities and orchestrate overage returns to the main distribution warehouse. Leveraged a standard barcode system and oversaw ongoing field personnel training in effective barcode practices.
