Daily Duties at Boeing:

Review SOW Define project charter & scope Prepare schedules, and integrate various schedules into one master schedule. WBS, Critical Path Analysis, Impact analysis, gap analysis, Risk analysis, various reports including slip chart, burn downs and SPI, project tracking etc. Review update and suggest changes to large scale integrated project schedule for Boeing's 787 Dreamliner Program. Risk assessment in Line Of Site(LOS) and suggest mitigation plans. Update stakeholders on project health, status and progress Collect weekly status from Functional Focals via Web Status Tool(WST) Create and update project reports using Open Plan, Milestone Professional and Ms Excel Develop project plans in MS Project and make updates Report project issues in a timely manner Assist project managers in smooth execution of project plan Integrate & Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to generate program level reports Status presentation in Special Attention Meeting(SAM), documentation & reporting Create and update Knowledge Base & Project Dictionary Co-ordinate and involve Functional Focals for project reviews / documentation Provide PM level support to Multi-site, multi-project co-ordination and integration
