Supervised the entire lifecycle, from start to finish, for projects ranging in scope from $60K to $2.1M.• Reviewed bid sheets, including material, manpower, and machinery requirements as well as delivery dates. • Consistently interfaced with clients, architects, and planning department staff to coordinate project details. • Assigned light and heavy equipment needed for installing dirt, gravel, trees, and landscape plantings. • Reviewed project progress with field superintendents and conducted weekly P&L reviews to address issues.
