Was responsible for the renovation of the Sheraton Gateway Suites in Rosemont, Illinois at O’Hare Airport. Duties included job negotiations, hired and coordinated all related trades, inventory of all existing equipment and furnishings, construction of new atrium and offices, and the renovations of 362 rooms. Worked closely and coordinated efforts with Sheraton management to relocate and set up computers, phone systems and safety equipment for smooth transitions during renovations as the hotel remained open. Negotiated with trade unions to settle labor disputes on regular basis.
