Reviewed and approved Pay Applications and Change Orders. Developed a milestone inspection process for quality control. These inspections were responsible for saving millions of dollars in construction defects and reducing capital expenditures in the future. Monitored mold growth and coordinated remediation practices with industrial hygienists. Participated in rewriting of the Specification Manual that was implemented into each contract for developer adherence.
