Daily Duties at Chrysler Llc:
Member of plant leadership as a Union Shop Steward, participating in all plant operation planning and decisions as part of a Union/Management Joint Operations program Negotiated contract issues, handled management/union labor issues, employee issues that included job placement, training, counseling, discipline, monthly and quarterly reviews, and statement and grievance documentation Location Administration Clerk performing replenishments, item moves, cycle counting while using WMS D View systems Performed binning, picking and packing functions in both inbound and outbound operations using RF scanners and PIV equipment (i.e. forklifts, reach-trucks, SP’s) Ensured compliance with environmental, safety, and corporate regulations
