Daily Duties at Nestldown Llc:
Responsible for managing properties. The main property I managed is a 187 acre ranch that has 20 acres maintained gardens including annuals, perennials, topiaries, approximately 100, 000 square feet of turf, a small lake, koi pond, small gauge railroad and buildings. Also, managed other sites, which included a 14000 square ft. Italian Villa, commercial building, and a private residence.
