Daily Duties at Rfr Land Development:

Locate and negotiate the purchase of parcels of interest. Complete all title and zoning research, file all necessary entitlement applications, coordination of all engineering and necessary testing, appear before all necessary boards, including Planning, Zoning, Conservation and Boards of Health, coordinate and implement marketing for sale of approved building lots to builders and end buyers and representation of company interests at closing.
