Daily Duties at Sae/Continental Heller:
Assist with estimating, create construction budget and schedule, issue all subcontracts and purchase orders. Plan project logistics with superintendents. Review and process all submittals. Issue RFIs as required. Communicate with Owners, clients, design teams. Meet weekly or biweekly with subcontractors and field staff. Meet monthly with clients and architects and bank inspectors. Prepare monthly applications for payment and update all job costs. Prepare O & M manuals and obtain all warranties for close-out.
