Daily Duties at T. D. Ferrell Construction:
Estimating, bidding, develope budget, create construction schedule, issue all subcontracts and purchase orders. Meet with Owner's representatives and design team (when applicable). Direct field staff, review all submittals, issue RFIs as necessary. Coordinate all construction activities with field staff and subcontractors. Prepare month applications for payment, review and approve subcontractor and vendor billings. Compile all close-out documentation and warranties.
