Managed the construction of all of the company's senior living facilities (all in the Atlanta area). Issued all subcontracts and purchase orders, finalized the project budget and created the construcution schedule. Directed field staff and subcontractors throughout the construction process. Held biweekly meetings with subcontractors and field staff and monthly meetings with principlas and architects. Prepared monthly project progress reports including updated job costs. Prepared monthly applications for payment and approved all project expenditures. Prepared all close-out documentation and warranties.
