Daily Duties at Grace Communities:
Overall day-to-day construction management for high density Podium, High-rise condo and high-rise hotel projects in Scottsdale and Phoenix, AZ. Interview and contract letting to building contractors. Interface with Architects, Engineers and Consultants to get final construction plans. Review all construction plans for completeness . Coordination of plans through City and other governmental agencies to issuance of permits. Supervise preparation of all subcontracts. Administration of all subcontracts including approval of payments. Manage all submittals, RFI’s and change orders. Interface with onsite staff to expedite construction. Review bids, construction schedule, review & process draw requests, review work progress schedule, oversee performance of architects, general contractors & subcontractors, serve as liaison between owner and contractor, & see project through successful close out. Company lost funding while I was employed there and went out of business.
