Daily Duties at Summit Contractors Group:

Assited with estimating, created budget, construction schedule, issued all subcontracts and purchase orders. Often obtained Building Permits and coordinated with local officials and utility companies. Directed field staff, organized and lead weekly or biweekly project meetings with subcontractors and updated the construction activity schedule. Reviewed all submittals prior to forwarding to architect, engineer or owner. Conducted meetings with Owners and architects and Bank Inspectors as required monthly. Issued RFIs as necessary and communicated with the design team to arrive at the most cost effective resolutions. Prepared monthly billings, approved subcontractor and vendor billings and all other expenditures. Maintained and obtained all close-out documentation and warranties.
