Daily Duties at Aici Sp:

Affective leadership to a team of construction professionals in the successful construction of the United States Embassy in Riga, Latvia for the Department of Defense. Responsible for meeting budget and schedule requirements and maintaining a positive image with the Owner. Responsible for the on-site management of the project, coordination of the trades, coordination of subcontractors, ensuring document compliance, enforcing safety standards and safety regulations, schedule compliance and quality control. Effective interaction with the Owner and subcontractors. Develop, monitor and update the project schedule. Ensure that safety and quality objectives are met. Effective communications and problem solving and provide leadership to the field forces.
