Daily Duties at Sauer Danfoss:

Administered wage and benefit programs for employees (exempt and non-exempt). Worked on the global HR team, managing personnel issues pertaining to the overall business unit on a collaborative basis with the global HR manager. Interviewed, screened, and referred prospective candidates for employment with regards to accounting, engineering and information technology positions. Responsible for all personnel, training, safety, and health functions. Regularly conducted new employee orientation. Launched initial wellness initiative including flu shots, increased focus on employee assistance program to focus on total employee well-being. Implemented corporate discounts for health club memberships. Served as EEO officer and internal concern investigator.
