Daily Duties at Integrated Hr Consulting:
Operate Human Resources consultancy providing training in Performance Improvement Techniques, Human Resource Management, Benefits, and Risk Management & Compliance. Serve as a consultant for companies in Performance Improvement, Human Resources, Benefits & Risk Management areas. Successfully implement union avoidance practices for those companies looking to maintain a union free environment. Work collaboratively with union representatives with those clients where bargaining units are represented. Develop job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, compensation planning, and training guides, based on client needs. Create a culture where HR is more efficient and cost-effective. Conduct employee, management and executive development classes integrated with performance improvement concepts. Develop and execute strategic HR programs such as Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Lean HR, Worker's Compensation Cost Reduction, Health Care Cost Reduction, Cost of Hiring Reduction or Cost Redirection for Impact.
