Leader of start up business unit responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and branding for CVS Store Brands within the fourteen different GM & Edibles categories. Responsible for setting overall merchandising objectives as it relates to Store Brands, development of three business managers and driving store brand penetration. Over two year period grew sales by +$188.5m/+29.2%. Built strong collaborative relationships with category managers in order to maximize SKU mix, attain category sales and gross margin budget. Put processes in place for business tracking/analytics, promotional/merchandising planning, category reviews and project management.
