Daily Duties at Blue Valley School District:
Provided system administration of Octel (Avaya) Overture 350 Aria voice mail service to 16,000 voice mailboxes. Provided installation and maintenance on Octel Aria 350. Provided Centrex technical software configuration and programming of Plexar phone service for 2,000 staff. Trained approximately 3,000 new users on voice mail each new school year. • Trained the regional voice mail users group on reporting software. Presented PowerPoint presentation on DecisionPro. Trained approximately 45 users on detailed configuration and setup. CDR programming and detailed reports were presented. • Prepared RFP for maintenance support of the Aria Voicemail system. Provided recommendation for acceptance of the RFP that saved $18,000 over the previous year’s contract.
