Daily Duties at Sprint:

Provided first and second tier support to Sprint employees for problem solving of the voice mail and PBX systems. Performed installs, deletes, moves, adds, and changes. • Administered nationwide Octel (Avaya), Cisco Unity and Nortel CallPilot voice mail systems and Cisco IPCC, Nortel and NEC PBX systems. Provided assistance to customers with phone and voice mail issues. • Established the “Best Practices” process documentation. System Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Exceptions Team and Corporate Dialer Directory assistance. Provided project management for new processes in Voice Support department. Ensured all documentation was current and engaged the best possible solutions for problem solving. • Partnered with field technicians to resolve PBX and voice mail issues. Coached new users on voice mail and telephone features. SME for Telecommuting voice mail process, Octel and Nortel CallPilot voice mail, Nortel Meridian and DMS PBX systems, NEC PBX systems, Meridian ACD Callcenter systems, Intecom Callcenter ACD systems and in-house computers. Provided leadership and training to analyst on all the systems. • Prepared and presented PowerPoint presentation to department to train on INTECOM ACD and Meridian ACD systems. Provided training to department for the Callcenter systems. Mentored subordinate analyst to strengthen programming skills. Provided field trip experience to the analysts and answered maintenance questions.
