Daily Duties at At&T:
Installed retail store phones, computers, signature capture devices, network and printers. Decommissioned Nortel Norstar phone system and replaced with Avaya Partner phone system. Configured phone hardware and software. Applying software patches and configuring Cisco Routers. Imaged the new Dell computers for retail store service. Provided phone and computer support for the regional Wireless stores. Administered the inventory of equipment lease roll off and replacement. Ordered new equipment and arranged pickup of lease roll off items. Troubleshot faulty equipment and repaired or reprogrammed to return to service. Provided inventory scanning of the equipment being installed in the stores.
