Daily Duties at Cargill Inc.:

Accountable for the leadership of 78 Employees. Supervise export terminal activities, such as loading Motor Vessels, stevedoring, safety, and sanitation, Approve and recommend all Employee Wages to appropriate management for review, Troubleshoot causes of production issues and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective resolution. Responsible for coaching, engaging, developing, and providing management support for the production team so that the goals of the organization are achieved. Coordinate maintenance activities with respect to productions needs. Process work orders for down equipment and safety hazards in order to guarantee safety regulation are met, Ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment was available for all employees, Review and resolve concerns and safety issues for hourly employees, Organized and facilitated safety Think Tank Session where safety policies and procedures are implemented and reviewed, Governor Vessel Loading According to National Cargo Bureau, Enforce and Regulate Environmental and Safety rules Based on Cargill And OHSA Requirements, Assisted with creating a partnership agreement plan between supervisors and management, Ensure employees perform necessary functions for the RX plan, which is a process that helps maximize equipment life, Responsible for quality management as well as monthly performance goals set by upper management, Participated in periodic emergency trainings, Allocated funds to numerous organizations in the community for corporate stewardship, Other responsibilities as deemed necessary
