Part of the Executive Team participating in the start-up of a new bank. At the time, the Bank achieved the 2nd highest capitalization of a new bank in L.A. County history and demonstrated the fastest asset growth of any new bank formed, in developing new business, analyzing and underwriting credit, establishing new depository accounts and performing on-going relationship management.
