Director of Marketing/Sales icluded hiring 6 account executives to strentghen the KUKA brand and sell the robot and robot workcell product offering.Built annual forecast based on projected new vehicle launch programs as well as 1-2 robot workcells targeting our in house expertise.Created a feature and benefit outline to begin a differentiation brand for the KUKA product offering. Promoted to Executive Vice President in 1994-1997. Actions taken to achieve this promotion was the training received on the parent company ' ability to offer more complex system offerings as was accomplished daily in Europe. Selling this to the current Board of Directors and execting $1,2,3 M projects gave the Board confidence to take the next natural steps for growth.We targeted GM Truck and won a $150M dollar contract creating 150 new employees , newly desisned 350,000 square foot facility to handle the growth.The new employees were a mix of Americans and new process/manufacturing engineers trained to work together to achieve seamless engineering know how transfer , thereby reducing the risk of system failure, unsatisfactory throughput, poor system diagnostics and overall serviceability. Promoted to President and was given all responsibilities outside of Body Shop Assembly Plants. Accomplished a $65 million dollar business unit with 110 reports and created 14% EBITDA.
