Daily Duties at Mps Group:
I was recruited for this position by the primary partner to specifically run the business in staging and preparation for growth. MPS was chosen as a mentored company by General Motors to assume full industrial cleaning and resource management resposibility for 35 Detroit Metroplotan facilities. At the time MPS was a $2m company and needed to acquire the necessary operating and finance talent to coordinate operating a workable strategy to execute their core services inside of GM while not interefering with day to day production. GM Assigned the Soave Group as the primary partner to utilize all of its resources to assist in the execution of General Motors mentoring to take the MPS Group through rapid growth.The company grew from $2M to $35M in two years.
