Daily Duties at Horizon Village Rehab/Nursing Center:

Supervise MDS nurses and interdisciplinary departments in accurate and timely assessments, documentation and submissions per RAI policies Monitor case mix scores for accuracy and maximization of reimbursement. Assist with ICD-9 coding and RUG III scores for UB-92 billings Coordinate care planning for medical, surgical and psychiatric residents in collaboration with individual residents, interdisciplinary deparments, physicians and families. Evaluate care delivery and services provided to residents and families for appropriate support of their needs. Address care issues with staff and interdisciplinary departments Chairperson for Standards of Care Committees
