Performed the challenging duties of an Assist Station Commander and Field Recruiter, to include maintenance of the Basic Recruiter Management System, Automation Equipment, and Government Owned Vehicles, responsible daily for contacts, interviews, and counseling of prospective enlistees on all facets of Army life, Presented formal and informal talks on Army careers and advantages to civic/service organizations, high school, and college students in order to create a favorable impression on the Army, Conducts promotional activities, and responsible for creating and maintaining a positive relationship with the community.
