Daily Duties at Triple, Inc:

Full P&L responsibility as Executive Vice President with 80 employees reporting to my position. Full resposibility for on time delivery and zero toleranc for any defects. Triple was given the supplier of the year award in 2006 bt its' best customer Hamilton Sundstrand.Grew the business from $3M to $9.3M IN 5 years with EBITDA growing from 3% to 12% by 2005.Implemented real time job cost system enabling 100% on time delivery of 500 family of parts with 1600 variations.
